Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and managing individualized behavior programming at our center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior plans to ensure the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by Autism.
  • Collaborate with other Center BCBAs to create lesson plans and materials.
  • Supervise direct 1:1 treatment services and develop individualized goals and objectives.
  • Conduct behavior assessments and provide training to center staff.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
