Position Overview: We are currently in search of qualified Stand-Up Forklift Operators for various shifts. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals, regardless of prior experience, who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, based on experience and employment history.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate multi-directional reach forklifts to transport building materials.
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Accurately retrieve materials from designated locations.
  • Package orders for loading and ensure secure transport.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked orders and received shipments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience with stand-up forklifts is preferred.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or material handling is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
