Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at the Lewisburg Dialysis Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients and dialysis equipment for hemodialysis treatments
- Monitor and record machine parameters and patient response during treatment
- Prepare bicarbonate for treatment and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respond to patient needs, including emergency situations, bedpans, and transportation
- Assist in CQI data collection and coordination, as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or college courses preferred
- Previous medical experience; training will occur on the job
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including constant sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving
- Competitive salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 annually
