Vehicle Optimization Specialist

SIXT USA is seeking a skilled professional to optimize its vehicle fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to maximize vehicle utilization and minimize costs
  • Analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and oversee repair processes
  • Manage vehicle inventory, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers
  • Collaborate with departments to forecast demand and adjust fleet size
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Prepare reports on fleet performance and budget utilization
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce environmental impact
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

Compensation: Estimated salary is $24.00 per hour

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative tasks, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with fleet management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry best practices
