We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. This full-time position allows you to work with K-12 students, providing essential speech and language services that will help them thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' speech and language deficits.
- Provide direct therapy to students, both one-on-one and in group settings, to improve their communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive environment that fosters students' language development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid California SLP license (or ability to obtain) to practice in the state.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
