About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server Bartender to join our team at Courtyard Detroit Metro Airport. As a Server Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
