Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Reservations: Register guests, make reservations, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Daily Reports and Transactions: Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue, expenses, and other financial transactions.
  • Security Walks: Conduct regular security walks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
