What You'll Do

• Observe and learn from experienced stylists and managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and how to grow it.
• Provide exceptional customer service across all channels of communication, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe salon environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Develop your technical skills and knowledge of hairdressing techniques, including cutting, styling, coloring, and waxing.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited cosmetology school and possession of a valid license to perform salon services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds and to stand for long periods.
