Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-range and annual business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Coordinate the development of operating, cash flow, and capital budgets, and monitor financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Human Resources: Administer personnel policies, ensure proper hiring, training, and development of staff, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of golf facilities, including equipment, grounds, and amenities.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of golf services, programs, and facilities to meet the highest standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as lease terms and contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Education: Four-year college degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in the golf industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
