Procurement Strategist

At Jobot, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our purchasing activities. Your focus will be on ensuring we have the right materials at the right time and at the best price to meet our production and sales goals.

• Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies for the company.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Manage and optimize supplier performance to meet delivery, cost, and quality expectations.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.

We are looking for someone with a sharp strategic mind and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, solid knowledge and understanding of production planning, MRP, purchase orders, cost reduction, sourcing, and demand planning is essential. Proficiency in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is also necessary.
