Walton, Newton, Jasper, Green, and Morgan Counties

Shift:

Full-time position with a per-visit basis compensation

Salary:

$90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Qualifications:

To be the best RN Case Manager you can be, you should:

  • Be a graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
  • Have one (1) year experience as a RN
  • Hold required certifications and licensures, including a valid CPR certification and a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
  • Be able to travel to all business locations
