COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The starting annual salary for this role is $75,000, commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for monthly bonuses. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching and paid time off.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and profitability. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory, maintain quality standards, and cultivate a positive work atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the Operations Manager position, candidates should possess:
- 2+ years of management experience in relevant fields (e.g., car wash, retail, food service, site management)
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new software
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The capability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
- Experience operating POS systems and standard office equipment
- Preferred experience in a leadership role within a car wash environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail, diplomacy, and teamwork are essential.
WORK SCHEDULE
Our operations run seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, requiring weekend and holiday availability. Salaried team members can expect to work approximately 50 hours per week, though actual hours may vary based on workload.
