Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on complex tax matters and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Review and analyze individual income tax, gift, estate, and trust returns for ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high net worth families on tax-related matters, including legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the Family Office tax practice, including process improvements and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and coach a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of experience in ultra-high net worth tax services, preferably in an accounting firm or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with the ability to obtain at least one of the approved designations within one year of hire.
  • Demonstrated track record of business development, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams, with a strong ability to mentor and develop staff.
