Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Levare USA.

About the Role:

This is a safety-sensitive position responsible for ensuring that products and services meet both external and internal quality requirements, including legal compliance, corporate quality standards, and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in computer applications, and have working knowledge of ISO: 9001 requirements and quality practices and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits/inspections on incoming and outgoing equipment, approving or rejecting based on conformance requirements.
  • Document, quarantine, and remediate non-conforming materials or products as applicable.
  • Maintain QA EHS Insight quality and safety reporting and tracking system.
  • Interpret blueprint documents, determine gauge methods, and participate in final disposition of discrepant material.
  • Monitor and evaluate statistically controlled processes, assist with resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and calibrate electrical and dimensional measuring and testing equipment.
  • Utilize inspection gauges and instruments, set up, analyze, and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other personnel regarding service center or field quality issues.
  • Assist in auditing standard operating instructions.
  • Work with service center employees to ensure understanding and adherence to written processes and procedures.
  • Promote safety processes, report any safety issues to proper channels.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a closely related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of Quality assurance/control experience required.
  • All company standard required HSE training and certifications.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Normal office environment with occasional exposure to plant environment during normal job duties.

Occasional travel and on-call requirements apply.

This position requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, safety shoes, and hard hat, where required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
