Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess substantial experience with Aviation Safety Tools (NRO) product.
  • Engage with potential users and clients to comprehend and foresee their requirements, translating them into actionable product specifications.
  • Establish a clear vision for the product and ensure its consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop a strategic product roadmap that reflects this vision.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks according to evolving needs.
  • Oversee all phases of product development, including design and implementation.
  • Continuously monitor and assess product advancement at each stage.
  • Collaborate with the product team and end-users to provide updates and progress reports.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and product sprints.

Essential Qualifications:

  • SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI, with a willingness to undergo CI Polygraph after joining.
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Required Skills and Certifications:
  • Expertise in Aviation Safety Tools (NRO) product.
  • TS/SCI Clearance.

Candidate Profile:

  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience.
  • Mid-Senior level position.
  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Travel Requirement: None.

Screening Criteria:

  • Do you hold a Top Secret Clearance?
  • If you do not possess a CI Poly, are you open to obtaining one?
  • Are you able to work on-site full-time?

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Extensive experience with Aviation Safety Tools (NRO) product.
  • Ability to engage with users and clients to gather and interpret their needs into product requirements.
  • Capability to define and maintain a cohesive product vision throughout the development process.
  • Experience in creating and managing a product roadmap.
  • Proficient in managing the product backlog and adjusting priorities as necessary.
  • Experience overseeing all aspects of product development, from design to execution.
  • Skilled in monitoring product progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Active participation in Agile practices and product sprints.
