Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Specialist to join our team at Two Men and a Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of customers' items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
  • Greet customers upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customers
  • Assist drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
  • Share responsibility with drivers in accurately completing paperwork and payment collection
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older, due to insurance restrictions
  • Possess a valid license with a good driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment background checks and regular drug screens
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc
