Position Summary:

As a full-time GM Service Technician, your primary role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining GM vehicles. Key Duties:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine the underlying causes of vehicle problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Repair and replace components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize specialized GM diagnostic equipment and software for precise repairs.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while servicing vehicles.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts utilized.
  • Stay informed about the latest GM technical bulletins and service updates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a focus on GM vehicles.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
