Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Specialist to join our team at Drip House Coffee. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on coffee blends and brewing methods.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare coffee drinks, grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils, empty trash, and restock work and dining areas.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell coffee and tea blends, highlight the differences between items, and educate customers about brewing methods.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
