About the Position:
As a Behavioral Health Group Home Worker at Center for Mental Health, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, crisis intervention, and medication monitoring. You will also be responsible for coordinating socialization and recreational activities, as well as transporting clients to Day Treatment on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Perform crisis intervention and assist psychiatric nurses with medication monitoring.
  • Coordinate socialization and recreational activities for clients.
  • Transport clients to Day Treatment on weekdays and participate in activities.


Requirements:
  • MT Driver's License and valid vehicle insurance required.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to transport clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or job-related vocational training.
  • One year of experience working with individuals with severe disabilities or CNA experience preferred.
