About the Role

As a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (Peds-RRT), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and treat patients in various clinical areas, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and efficient documentation.
  3. Clean, inspect, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Administer simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimize treatment plans.
  6. Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory support.
Qualifications
  • Recent acute care experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Valid NBRC-RRT certification.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • PALS and NRP may be required in some areas.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
