Job Title: Head Nurse, Registered

Job Summary:

UHealth Tower is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse, Registered to join our team. As a Head Nurse, Registered, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
  • Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
  • ACLS
  • One (1) year Acute Care Nursing experience
