Athlete Ambassador

We're seeking an Athlete Ambassador to join our dynamic team at the Nike Factory Store Miami - Dolphin Mall. As an Athlete Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting Nike products, and maintaining a high level of store visual presentation.

• Provide personalized service to customers, meeting individual sales goals and achieving overall sales targets
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Nike products, services, and brand initiatives
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales objectives and drive business results

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• $17.00/hour competitive salary
