Job Description

The Network Support Specialist will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our large enterprise network. This position requires expertise in designing and managing complex networks, including core and datacenter technologies, wired and wireless infrastructure, and other critical network services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Network Infrastructure and Related Systems
  • Participate in the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of a large enterprise network
  • Support the enterprise network using best practices to maintain a production environment 24 hours/day, 7 days a week
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches and routers, wireless infrastructure, and UPS infrastructure in routed LAN/WAN environments
  • Maintain dhcp, monitoring, backup, syslog, and performance servers
Requirements:
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Experience in design, implementation, and management of a large enterprise with specific experience on multiple Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms, and Aruba CX switching
