About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Overnight Residential Supervisor to join our team at Rediscovery, a therapeutic-based group home focused on independent living skill building for males between ages 16-21.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures while on site and through rotating on-call coverage.
  • Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
  • Contribute to efforts ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Support staff and programming through knowledge of Rediscovery's Residential Department policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Remain awake throughout overnight shifts to ensure safety and well-being of clients.
  • Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
  • Supervisory experience in a mental health facility required.
  • Maintains a valid driver's license for transporting clients.
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
