Job Overview

The Paint Crew is seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our painters with various tasks related to interior and exterior preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist painters with masking, taping, and caulking tasks
  • Operate paint brushes, paint rollers, and other paint application equipment
  • Ensure high-quality paint finishes and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the paint crew to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in painting or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to work full-time hours with overtime as needed

Compensation:

$16.00 to $17.00 per hour
