Immediate Openings: We are currently looking for dedicated full-time Swiss CNC Operators to join our dynamic team at PPS-HPS.

Shift Availability:
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with Swiss CNC machinery; however, we are open to considering applicants with general CNC machining experience.

About the Role:

As a CNC Operator in our advanced manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components that are essential for improving or saving lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating CNC Swiss machines to manufacture precision parts.
  • Ensuring all parts meet stringent quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
  • Working with small, intricate components that require tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints for production components.
  • Adhere to established work instructions and procedures for machining.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conduct quality inspections on parts produced.
  • Complete necessary documentation and track production output.
  • Exhibit safe and efficient work practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to fulfill customer requirements and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC machining, specifically with small, complex parts.
  • Strong attendance record and work ethic to consistently deliver quality production.
  • Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes.
