Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating team activities, maintaining design strategies, and overseeing project workflow. You will play a pivotal role in task delegation to design engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Perform complex analysis tasks and prepare comprehensive project documents.
  • Apply material-specific codes proficiently across multiple jurisdictions and project types.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and facilitate career growth.
  • Review progress documents, ensuring conformance of calculations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams on projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
  • Represent the organization through client interactions and any industry events attended.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and other industry associates.
  • Demonstrate effective communication through written and verbal skills.
Requirements
  • ABET accredited degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering.
  • Colorado Licensed PE, SE, or ability to pursue licensure within 6 months of hire.
  • 4-8 years of design experience across various building types.
  • Experience on major projects of moderate scope with complex design features.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship, both presently and in the future.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Revit Structures.
  • Experience with RAM and/or RISA analysis models.

$90,000 - $102,000 Annually.
