Job Summary

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a Diagnostic Imaging setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on diagnostic imaging.
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, even in stressful situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Background and drug screen, as required by the facility.
