Job Title: Gutter Installation Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gutter Installation Team Lead to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Metro Detroit. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of gutter installation professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 2-6 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient completion of gutter installation projects.
  • Oversee revenue and revenue per hour (RPH) for your team, ensuring that we meet our performance goals.
  • Successfully run your own crew/truck, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available and in good working condition.
  • Manage team truck cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring that our vehicles are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage team daily schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide training for all team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to complete gutter installation projects to the highest standard.
  • Manage team personal appearance, ensuring that all team members present themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Uphold safety culture for the team, ensuring that all team members follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Manage team review tracker, ensuring that all customer reviews are positive and reflect the high level of service and quality that we provide.
  • Manage team four corners sales, ensuring that all team members are aware of and are actively promoting our services to customers.
  • Manage team Additional Work Order (AWO) goals, ensuring that all team members are aware of and are working towards meeting our AWO goals.
  • Book reports, ensuring that all team members are aware of and are working towards meeting our book report goals.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) training, ensuring that all team members are up-to-date with the latest training and are aware of any new procedures or protocols.
  • Morning huddles, ensuring that all team members are aware of and are participating in our morning huddles.
  • Timeliness, ensuring that all team members are aware of and are working towards meeting our timeliness goals.
  • Shout-outs within their team, ensuring that all team members are aware of and are participating in our shout-out program.
  • Assist in keeping shop and trucks clean and organized, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are always clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of gutter installation experience, including K-style, half-round, and copper.
  • Experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Must maintain an excellent attendance record, with a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Have a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers at all times.
  • Team player, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Professional at all times, with a strong commitment to maintaining a professional image and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Compensation:

Hourly position, $25-27/hour based on experience.
