Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join Eight West. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by completing work orders and performing routine preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely completion of work orders and repair tasks
• Maintenance of hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality
• Supervision of outside contractors as needed
• Rapid response to emergency issues
• Effective organization of repair projects to minimize guest disruption

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance or related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physically demanding workload
• Detailed and deadline-oriented approach
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
