Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Key Responsibilities:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician assists with various maintenance tasks, which include operating, maintaining, and inspecting facility equipment according to established protocols and industry standards.

Regular inspections are performed, and findings are reported with recommendations to management.


  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to procedures for using chemical cleaners and power tools to prevent damage to surfaces
  • Inform management of the need for minor or major repairs or enhancements to building systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment
  • Move items such as cabinets, boxes, and furniture to facilitate cleaning, either manually or using hand trucks
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
  • Wash and replace window coverings
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, mowing, and snow removal
  • Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas
  • Service, clean, and restock restrooms

This position is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
