Job Duties

As a Home Care Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Monitoring client progress and reporting any concerns
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
