Key Responsibilities
  • Assist maintenance personnel in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, backhoes, and snow removal equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and filters, and performing minor repairs.
  • Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized technical training in mechanical and electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • One year of previous work experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a standardized test.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to acquire and maintain a CDL and DOT card.
  • Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
