Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Wait Staff to join our team at Villanova University. As a Wait Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
