- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong background in nursing and leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state, with CPR certification.
