Clinical Developmental Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Developmental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in assessing and testing children and adolescents, as well as adult populations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental psychology and experience with assessment batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience. Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our clinical team as a Clinical Developmental Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and testing for children and adolescents, as well as adult populations.
- Developing and implementing assessment batteries, including selecting and administering standardized tests.
- Writing clear and concise reports, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Providing feedback sessions to patients and their families, discussing results and recommendations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, as well as adult populations.
- Strong background in developmental psychology and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
