Responsibilities include:
  1. Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to inform treatment plans
  2. Maintaining accurate records through Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  3. Facilitating group sessions and developing engaging content
  4. Scheduling and documenting individual counseling sessions
  5. Collaborating with staff to address client concerns and provide support
