Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge PRN to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a Concierge PRN, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and families upon arrival and notify registration of their arrival
  • Obtain cell phone numbers of waiting family members and perform lobby rounding to ensure patients are aware of their wait time expectations
  • Write descriptions of family members and provide resource information as needed
  • Work collaboratively with cardiologists and cardio-vascular surgeons to update patients' progress to family members
  • Greets visitors and oversees visitor's sign-in and sign-out processing
  • Assists with patient discharges and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Graduate / GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
