We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ridgewood Center in Ridgewood, NJ. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with mealtime and maintain a clean and safe environment.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Schedule and Benefits- This is a full-time position working 9 weeks per month with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
- The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Benefits include competitive pay rate of $27/hour, weekly gross pay of $1080, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
In addition to your base salary, you will receive regular pay increases based on your performance and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
We are committed to supporting the continuing education and training of our staff, including CPR certification and other relevant courses.
