Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

At gpac, we are seeking an experienced deal attorney to lead M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience selling companies to private equity firms with rollover equity as part of the consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in mergers & acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions
  • Draft and negotiate various agreements
  • Form and maintain business entities and advise clients on potential opportunities
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and business succession planning
Requirements:
  • Iowa Bar, in good standing
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Highly team-oriented
