Tower Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Tower Foreman to join our team at Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co. LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of modifications, repairs, and upgrades of wireless equipment and antennas at elevated heights.

• Safety First: Prioritize and adhere to safety protocols, including 100% tie off, proper methods and procedures, rigging, and daily JHA's.
• Wireless Equipment Expert: Safely and efficiently complete modifications, repairs, and upgrades of wireless equipment and antennas at elevated heights.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of up to 6 members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide detailed daily reporting to PM/CM and submit daily timesheets for crew(s).
• Regulatory Compliance: Thoroughly understand and adhere to applicable governing body's (ASME/OSHA/ANSI/Etc...) safety and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality in all work performed, adhering to company policies and industry standards.

• Safety Expertise: Strong safety knowledge and background within the telecommunications tower industry, with a dedication to Zero incident or accidents.
• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Technical Skills: Valid driver's license, OSHA 30 preferred, and current authorized tower climber or competent climber and rescue certification.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customers.

The physical demands of this role include frequent walking, crawling, or kneeling, as well as the ability to work at heights upwards of 300' +. The employee must be able to lift and/or move a minimum of 50lbs regularly and perform duties on-site and underground at industrial locations.
