Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team as a Facilities Equipment Specialist.
This role involves performing scheduled maintenance on facilities equipment and systems, repairing malfunctions, and ensuring optimal functionality to minimize downtime and interruptions.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and systems to identify potential issues.
- Repair and replace faulty equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Implement improvements to increase equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agreed-upon targets and lead by example as a senior technician.
- Demonstrate expertise in relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities and progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or technical degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience or completion of PBS requirements with passing assessment at an appropriate level.
