This role serves as an introductory operational support position within the Oklahoma Western Bankruptcy Court.
The Bankruptcy Case Coordinator I is responsible for monitoring the lifecycle of bankruptcy cases and associated legal actions from start to finish.
Key duties include maintaining official court documentation, utilizing CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Filing) and CMA (CMAssist) platforms.
Responsibilities encompass verifying docket entries for precision, implementing necessary corrections, managing paper submissions, aiding self-represented litigants, and ensuring accurate docket records.
The Bankruptcy Case Coordinator I operates under direct supervision, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. In the absence of the Supervisor, they will report to the Chief Deputy or Clerk of Court.
