About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Busser to join our team at Snooze Chapel Hill. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove plates, glassware, and other tableware from guest tables and transport them to the dish area for washing.
  • Assist the dishwasher in removing food from dishes and maintaining a clean dishwashing station.
  • Clean and clear tables after each guest experience, including wiping down surfaces and sweeping or vacuuming the floor.
  • Inspect the assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate with servers as needed.
  • Assist servers with food delivery, especially during peak periods.
  • Communicate and assist with stocking, cleaning, and other tasks as requested by FOH, Bar, and HOH staff.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
