Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units, and removing debris from the roof.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
  • Participate in deep cleaning procedures and adhere to our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
