About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Hackettstown Medical Center. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of speech pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and evaluate adult swallowing, speech, and language skills
  • Plan, direct, or conduct treatment sessions according to the plan of care
  • Provide counseling and education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers
  • Review Electronic Medical Record to obtain a case history prior to evaluation
  • Maintain records and documents in the Electronic Medical Record as required by law, establishment's policy, and administrative regulations
  • Attend meetings and conferences and participate in other activities to promote professional growth
Requirements
  • Evidence of graduation from an accredited college or university in Speech Language Pathology or similar program
  • Current NJ SLP license or NJ Clinical Internship Temporary License (CFY)
