About the PositionWe are seeking a highly qualified individual to teach and develop courses in Selling, Sales Management, and Marketing Research at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Key Responsibilities- Teach a normal load of undergraduate or graduate courses in marketing or related disciplines.
- Develop and implement innovative courses and curriculum enhancement in areas of selling, sales management, digital selling, and marketing research.
- Teach general marketing-related courses, such as Principles of Marketing and Consumer Behavior.
- Courses will be taught both face-to-face and online (in asynchronous and synchronous formats).
- Perform intellectual activities, service, and professional engagement consistent with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay expectations for a Teaching Professor.
- Mentor students to increase professional development, career advancement, and engagement in experiential learning opportunities.
- Produce intellectual contributions consistent with position and rank.
- Perform institutional and community service.
- Contribute to ongoing program development within the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
- Participate fully in the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay AACSB accreditation efforts.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Marketing Research, or related discipline.
- 3 years of professional selling experience with relevant sales-related job title.
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching.
- Familiarity with sales-related software and proficiency in Google Analytics and digital selling strategies are desirable.
- Experience teaching research methods to graduate and undergraduate students.
- Sales-related experience in the Northeast Wisconsin area.
