Finishing Line Technician

Overview: The Powder/Paint Line Associate is tasked with the essential role of applying powder and wet paint while managing the loading and unloading processes of the powder line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload components on the paint line.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating all necessary finishing department machinery and tools, including forklifts, overhead cranes, various power tools, tape measures, wet paint and powder guns, chemical wash systems, powder booth systems, and oven controls.
- Interpret basic blueprints to accurately identify parts.
- Execute painting and/or powder coating of products in accordance with customer specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the finishing process.
- Conduct quality control measures to ensure precision and adherence to standards.
- Complete tasks while strictly following all safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the work area is safe and organized.
