Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations to develop treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames
  • Document treatments and provide documentation per policy and procedure
  • Communicate with patients, setting expectations for return-to-work and emphasizing education and motivation for compliance with treatment plans
  • Meet with Market Director of Physical Therapy and other staff to discuss quality of patient care, procedures, and policies
  • Partner with Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Administrator to ensure center operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
  • CPR certification
