Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a pristine working environment for all personnel and visitors.
  • Sanitize restrooms and common areas.
  • Utilize various cleaning equipment to scrub, wax, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets and clean furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Manage waste disposal throughout the facility.
  • Wash windows and maintain cleanliness of glass surfaces.
  • Restock kitchen and restroom supplies as needed.
  • Maintain outdoor walkways and entry areas.
  • Organize janitorial supplies and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols during cleaning operations.
  • Monitor supply levels and coordinate with the supply chain for reordering.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant custodial experience.

Skills: Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Other Requirements:

  • Availability to work the scheduled second shift.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Compensation and Benefits
